These Terms of Service govern use of GameHostCloud services provided by HHI Solutions Oy, trading as GameHostCloud. They cover accounts, billing, server use, acceptable use, refunds and limitations of liability. Services are billed according to the selected plan and the current pricing page. The published refund policy includes a 48-hour money-back guarantee and the EU statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
