These Terms of Service govern your use of GameHostCloud services. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Service Level Agreement. Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. A money-back guarantee applies to first-time orders within the published refund window. You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, copyright infringement, DDoS attacks, spam, malware distribution or any activity that violates the law of the jurisdiction in which the server operates. GameHostCloud Oy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding billing period.
