Open Dashboard → Server → Settings → Billing
Turn off Auto-Renew
Your service remains available until the end of the current billing period
Cancellation takes effect when that billing period ends

Cancelling Your Server

Dashboard → Server → Settings → Billing
Toggle off Auto-Renew
Your server will continue until the end of the paid period
Server data is retained for 7 days after expiration
