Managing Your Profile
Profile Settings
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Profile:
- Display Name — Shown in workspace, tickets, reviews
- Username — Unique identifier (can't be changed after 30 days)
- Avatar — Upload a profile picture (max 5MB, JPG/PNG)
- Language — Choose from 15 supported languages
- Date of Birth — Required for age verification
Account Type
| Type | Features |
|---|---|
| Personal | Standard features, personal billing |
| Business | VAT invoicing, company details, business billing |
Business Account
For business accounts, you can add:
- Company name and registration ID
- VAT ID (for EU reverse charge)
- Company address
- Company email and phone
- Company website
Linked Accounts
Connect external services in Settings → Linked Accounts:
- Steam — Show your Steam profile
- Discord — For Discord integration
- GitHub — For API/development access
Notification Preferences
Configure in Settings → Notifications:
- Email notifications (server status, billing, security)
- Push notifications (browser)
- Notification sounds
Deleting Your Account
- Settings → Account → Delete Account
- All servers will be terminated
- Data retained for 30 days (legal requirement), then permanently deleted
- This action is irreversible
