The Support Center includes real-time live chat with our staff (Supabase Realtime, with staff heartbeat and presence indicators), a structured ticket system that mirrors WhatsApp-style threading with attachments and read receipts, an AI assistant trained on our knowledge base and product documentation, and a searchable knowledge base of 50+ in-depth articles covering installation, mods, RCON, backups, performance tuning, networking, security and game-specific configuration. Tickets are linked to our CRM so context is preserved across conversations. Closed tickets are retained for two months unless marked permanent, and every interaction is fully GDPR-compliant.
