This guide explains the fundamentals every GameHostCloud customer needs when managing a running game server. The Console tab streams live server output and accepts the same commands an operator would type on a local machine, which makes it the fastest way to promote an administrator, kick a disruptive player or read a crash reason. The File Manager provides direct access to the server directory so configuration files such as server.properties, server-settings.json or a mod configuration folder can be edited in place, uploaded or downloaded; the server should be stopped before replacing world data or large mod archives so that files are not written while the game process holds them open. Every server is assigned its own game port and, where the game supports it, a query or RCON port, and those ports are opened automatically by the platform, so connection failures are almost always caused by an unfinished start-up, a wrong address or a client version mismatch rather than a firewall. Scheduled restarts keep memory usage predictable on modded servers, and backups can be created before any risky change and restored from the dashboard. Subscription state, renewal date and cancellation are handled in the Subscription tab, and a cancelled subscription keeps the server running until the paid period ends.
