GameHostCloud Oy processes personal data in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data needed to operate game servers, billing, support and security: account email, billing details (processed by Stripe), server configuration, IP addresses for abuse prevention, and support correspondence. We never sell personal data. All customer data is stored in EU/EEA regions by default. Data subject rights — access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection — can be exercised at any time. Cookies are limited to strictly necessary, functional and (with consent) analytics categories. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached via the in-app privacy controls.
