Billing Cycles & Discounts

• Monthly: Full price, cancel anytime
• Quarterly (3 months): −5% · Semi-Annual (6 months): −8% · 9 months: −12%
• Annual (12 months): −15% discount (the largest available commitment discount)

Payment Methods

Stripe Checkout supports major credit and debit cards. Account balance top-ups are also available; see the live checkout for current payment options.

Balance System

GameHostCloud uses a balance/wallet system:

1. Add funds to your account balance
2. Server costs are deducted from your balance
3. Auto-renew charges from your balance
4. If balance is insufficient, server is suspended (not deleted)
5. 7-day grace period before deletion

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Dashboard → Server → Settings → Plan
2. Select your new plan
3. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period; cancellation keeps the server running until period end, then permanently deletes it. No refunds are issued.

Downgrading

Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. Cancellation keeps the server running until period end, then permanently deletes it. No refunds are issued.

Refunds & cancellations

No refunds are issued. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service remains available until then. Any non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.

EU Consumer Rights

As an EU-based company (Finland), GameHostCloud complies with:

• 14-day withdrawal right for digital services
• EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
• Finnish Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki)
• VAT 25.5% (Finnish ALV) is added at checkout for applicable customers
