This page explains when a GameHostCloud purchase can be refunded, how the request is made and how quickly the money is returned. Refund eligibility depends on the product, the elapsed usage and whether the service could be delivered at all; when a server could not be provisioned, the purchase is refunded in full automatically. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard and remain active until the end of the paid period. Prepaid account balance, promotional credits and already consumed resources follow separate rules that are described in detail here. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, or to the account balance when the original purchase used balance. All prices are shown excluding VAT, and refunds are calculated on the same basis with the tax handled automatically.
